Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring for an Ohio regional CDL-A driver role based in Euclid. Begin by riding with an experienced trainer on real loads and transition to solo driving with full pay after trainer sign-off.

Expect around 1,800 miles weekly, a weekly 34-hour reset at home, and steady home time on the Ohio route. During training you earn $850 per week, then a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months of solo driving, with average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,400 and pay per mile starting

Qualifications

• Have a valid CDL-A and be 21 years or older.
• Complete 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Live within 120 miles of hiring cities: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Canton, Pittsburgh.

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Euclid drivers can start on a dedicated Ohio regional lane that runs out and back to Ohio, with a planner who keeps you moving and never far from home.

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• $850 per week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

The Job

• Dry van freight, out and back to Ohio
• Around 1,800 miles per week
• Weekly 34 hour reset at home
• Drop and hook, live loads, live unloads and preloads

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,400
• 56 cents per mile to start, 59 cents at 6 months, 60 cents after a year
• $40 extra on loads under 100 miles
• $15 stop pay and performance bonus
