Job summary

NIS EXPRESS regional fleet offers drivers a home-on-weekends schedule with reliable out-and-back runs to Ohio, keeping you close to home. New CDL holders train with pay, and benefits begin after 30 days.

Starting pay includes $650 per week training pay, $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo, and average weekly gross of $1,200–$1,400. Expect ~1,800 miles weekly, with loads paid by mileage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no major accidents in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional out-and-back runs to Ohio and back home weekly.
• Coordinate with a dedicated planner and manage freight efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and logbooks.

How You Start

• Paid on the road training with a driver trainer
• $650 per week training pay

The Lanes

• Out and back runs to Ohio, never far from home
• Your own dedicated planner and plenty of freight
• Home every weekend
• About 1,800 miles a week, day or night

The Money

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.56 per mile to start, $0.59 at 6 months, $0.60 at 1 year
• $40 extra on loads under 100 miles
• $15 stop pay plus performance bonus
