Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring drivers to train on the road, then operate temperature-controlled freight across the Southeast and Midwest. You start with on-the-road training with a paycheck, followed by solo driving under a guaranteed weekly floor pay.

During the first 3 months solo you will receive a guaranteed $1,000 per week, with an average weekly gross around $1,200 and about 2,100 miles weekly. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school, no experience needed.
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Train on the road with a paycheck.

Start Here

• Training: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer at $650 a week
• Solo: straight to full driver pay after training
• Guarantee: $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo

Pay and Miles

• About $1,200 average weekly gross
• Around 2,100 miles a week
• Performance bonus on top

The Freight

• Temperature-controlled loads, live load and live unload
• States like IN, KY, TN, OH, AL, MS, NC, SC, VA and FL
• Home every 2 weeks
• Weekends and holidays when freight needs it
• Riders and pets after training
