Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle under WM safety rules and DOT requirements
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks
• Reports unsafe conditions, incidents or service issues to supervisor
• Attends training programs and briefings as required
• Maintains route efficiency and communicates with dispatch
• Dumps receptacles and leaves sites clean and debris-free
• Follows route assignments and completes end-of-day paperwork
• Assists other drivers to meet customer needs
