This position covers local and regional routes with early evening dispatch and overnight deliveries. After training, earnings range from $75,000 to $88,000, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.
• Read, write, and understand English at work-related level.

Responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of the role with Driver Trainers.
• Operate truck safely and comply with regulations.
• Assist in unloading and delivering product.
• Provide customer service and on-time delivery of goods.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report defects as needed.
