Job summary

Dreamville Staffing seeks an experienced Manual Shift Truck Driver (CDL Driver) for a busy recycling operation in Lumberton, NC. The role requires a Class A license with tanker endorsements and strong English communication for site interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities include operating trucks and tankers, performing manual labor as needed, and completing all safety and regulatory paperwork. After-hours emergency response may be required, with pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Preferrable candidates will have at least 1 year of verifiable CDL-driven vehicle experience.
• Ability to operate trucks with manual transmissions.
• Experience hauling flatbeds, low boys, or tankers is a plus.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for site communication and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks, tankers, and other CDL-required vehicles.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain vehicles and ensure maximum operating condition.
• Complete required paperwork and records accurately.
• Assist site crews when not driving and perform manual labor as needed.
