Performance Foodservice in Little Rock, AR seeks a Shuttle Driver to move empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, complying with DOT rules. The role requires a CDL A with Doubles, a DOT health card, 21+ years old, and 12 months of CDL experience.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday evenings, 6pm–8pm. Pay is $204–$255 per night, with annual compensation around $65,000 and competitive benefits including Day 1 health, 401(k) matching, stock plan, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Clean MVR for last 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Reports safety issues and required repairs.
• Follows DOT regulations and safe driving guidelines; reports hazards.
• Ensures route paperwork is available to driver at dispatch.
• Drives and delivers trailers per route schedule.
• Performs hook/unhook procedures safely.
• Parks and stores tractor trailers in designated areas.
• Ensures equipment and freight are secured.
• Collects damaged goods and returns to base for paperwork.
• Unloads equipment and removes trash from trailers.
• Completes daily hours-of-service logs as required.
• Performs housekeeping duties in tractor and dock area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
