Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Batesville, AR. You will transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards.

The role requires a CDL-A, DOT health card, and 12 months of driving experience. Work is Sunday through Thursday nights, with pay of $204–$255 per night. Benefits and a safety‑driven team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Work 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday nights.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Ensure route paperwork is ready with loads.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures and secure freight.
• Park and store tractors/trailers securely.
• Document and return damaged goods and returns.
• Record hours of service daily as required.
