Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Massachusetts to transport trailers, operate trucks and ensure compliance with DOT rules. This full-time role requires a CDL A with doubles endorsement and the ability to lift 60–90 pounds.

You will perform safety checks, manage route paperwork, and communicate with customers and co-workers while supporting the company’s food distribution operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of commercial driving experience required.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years and DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and necessary repairs promptly.
• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies during routes.
• Drive and deliver trailers on prescribed schedules.
• Complete all required route paperwork and logs.
• Hook and unhook trailers and secure loads properly.
• Maintain clean trailers and work areas; assist with housekeeping.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support operations.
