Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin in the Western 11 Region is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new grads, for 100% no-touch reefer freight. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer, then move to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week, $0.51 per mile, training pay $850 per week during training, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps besides schooling or training
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers with no-touch freight
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines on all routes
• Maintain logs and communicate with dispatch on deliveries
