Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer, then move to independent regional runs.

The role offers a structured ramp, steady miles, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Typical weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,300 plus a training pay of $850 per week during the ramp.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps: at least 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run Western 11 Region with 100% no-touch reefer freight.
• Begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer.
• Transition to independent regional runs after training.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Drive during day or night hours as required.
