Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers for a regional east coast fleet focused on on-road training and steady pay. The role offers training pay of $850 per week for 4 to 6 weeks, with a guaranteed $1,000 per week during the first 3 months solo, and typical weekly gross between $1,000 and $1,500.

Expect 1,800–2,300 miles weekly, with home every two weeks and riders/pets after training. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school; no experience required.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Carry regional freight in the eastern half of the country.
• Complete training pay while in 4–6 weeks program ($850/week).
• Maintain and log driving duties; stay within home-time requirements (home every 2 weeks).
• Operate loads with drop and hook, some load assist and pallet jack work as needed.
