AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking Pickup and Delivery Drivers to operate a range of commercial vehicles across intra‑state and inter‑state routes.

The role involves meeting safety, compliance, and performance standards while transporting freight between service centers and meet‑and‑turn points. The position requires a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles/Triples endorsements, 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience, and the ability to pass onboarding, drug screening and

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements.
• DOT medical certificate required; pass physical.
• Minimum 1 year of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Driving record with no more than two moving violations in past 3 years.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must complete company onboarding (drug screen, background check, MVR, PSP).
• Successful completion of new-hire training and driving tests.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely while complying with state and federal regulations.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record trip and dispatch data using company IT equipment (ELD, VIR).
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transport.
• Load, unload, and secure freight as needed.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to schedules.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and team.
