Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking Linehaul Drivers to operate company trucks on intra-state and inter-state routes. You will meet DOT standards, perform inspections, manage cargo, and communicate with dispatch to meet schedules.

Duties may include loading, unloading, and sorting freight while upholding safety and company policies. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, endorsements including Hazmat/Tanker, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat, tanker, doubles/triples endorsements.
• English reading, writing and speaking ability.
• Experience driving tractor-trailer vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely while following state and federal rules.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain medical certification.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record trip and dispatch data using company IT systems.
• Secure cargo and handle loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain contact with dispatch and adhere to schedules.
• Represent AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. positively with customers.
