Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a Recent CDL-A Graduate to join its regional reefer division. Trainees receive approximately 3–5 weeks of paid training (Washington) at $900 per week, with orientation paid as well.

After training, expect regional solo driving with earnings around $1,200–$1,300 per week plus mileage pay and stop pay. Drivers are home roughly every two weeks and must be available for day, night, and weekend runs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience welcome.
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps.
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required.
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3-5 weeks of paid training.
• Move into solo driving position on regional reefer freight.
• Drivers are typically home every two weeks; day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
