Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver with paid training. Start with a road training period, then transition to a Western regional route with home time every two weeks.

During training, Oregon trainee pay is $650 per week; after training, drivers earn $1,200–$1,300 per week, plus $0.51 per mile and $15 stop pay. A monthly driver performance bonus opportunity is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome.
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps.
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required.
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements.
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required.
