Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for its Eastern Regional Fleet. New drivers receive structured hands-on training, reliable home time, and guaranteed weekly pay from day one. The role focuses on new drivers with a valid CDL-A and no pro driving experience, with a mentorship before moving into steady regional freight.

During training, you’ll earn $850/week plus a $300 orientation bonus. After training, earnings can reach top levels with regular home time and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• No professional driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid training with a mentor (3–4 weeks).
• Transition to solo driving with your own truck after training.
• Operate mostly no-touch drop-and-hook freight.
