Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional Fleet. You will complete a structured mentor program and gain hands-on driving experience with guaranteed weekly pay from day one.

During training, you’ll receive $850 per week plus a $300 orientation bonus, transitioning to full solo pay after training with top earners around $1,800 per week. Benefits start after 30 days."

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with clean driving record.
• Recent CDL school graduates welcome.
• No professional driving experience required but must meet DOT/FMCSA standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes with no-touch or drop-and-hook loads.
• Participate in mentorship program before solo driving.
• Maintain log accuracy and pre-trip inspections.
