Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking new CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Recent graduates receive structured hands-on training, mentorship, and guaranteed weekly pay from day one. Expect a transition to solo driving in a modern fleet after successful training.

The program includes a 3–4 week paid training phase at $850 per week plus a $300 orientation bonus, then earnings of around $1,800 per week for top performers with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction; recent grads considered individually.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured mentorship program before solo driving.
• Train in pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy.
• Transition to full solo pay and own truck after training.
• Provide safe, on-time delivery for regional freight, mostly no-touch loads.
