Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A recent graduates to begin with paid training and transition into a solo dry van role with strong weekly pay. Trainees earn $900 per week during 3–5 weeks of classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, then move to $1,200–$1,500 per week after training.

The program features 200–250 behind-the-wheel hours, 3–5 weeks of training, and a consistent home time every two weeks with 34-hour resets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome.
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps.
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required.
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements.
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid driver training (approximately 3–5 weeks).
• After training, operate dry van freight with routes mainly from Michigan.
• Maintain safe and on-time deliveries, following schedules and regulations.
• Support weekend work as freight needs arise and home time every two weeks.
