Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking trainees for its CDL-A Truck Driver Trainee Paid Training Program. You’ll train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet, with routes designed to return you home every other week.

The program offers guaranteed weekly pay during training, then solo pay from $1,500–$1,800 per week as you gain experience, with top earners above $1,800 weekly and about 2,800 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.

Responsibilities

• No-touch, drop and hook dry van freight.
• Regional routes with home time every other week.
• Assigned truck after training.
