McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Driver, Trainee Component. This role learns the essential functions of the Driver job, including the accurate and timely distribution of products to customer locations, while gaining exposure to warehouse and other operations.

Compensation begins with training pay of $26.25 per hour, with after-training earnings of $75K–$90K annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance and more from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read/understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor and attach trailer, securing loads.
• Operate truck safely per regulations and company policy.
• Inspect equipment and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Document deliveries and product temperatures with the DDH.
• Assist unloading and deliver to customer premises.
• Provide on-time, undamaged product delivery and service.
