Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age without restriction.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.
• Strong communication with customers, management, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and report via DOT inspection.
• Document deliveries using Driver Delivery Handheld; monitor temperatures and exceptions.
• Learn driving regulations and maneuvers with Driver Trainer across destinations.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT rules and regulations.
• Assist unloading and delivering product to customer premises.
• Provide on-time, undamaged deliveries and handle customer credits.
