McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee to learn essential functions of the Driver role through hands-on training and exposure to warehouse operations. This position emphasizes safe driving, timely distribution, and customer service as you progress toward becoming a Driver.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Document delivery receipts and product temperatures; inspect trailer for security of cargo.
• Assist in unloading and delivering products to customer sites and provide good customer service.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
