Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is hiring Support CDL Drivers to fill in on open routes and support daily delivery operations. The role requires flexibility to cover varying routes and schedules while maintaining safety and service standards.

Starting wage is $24.00–$30.75 per hour, with overtime paid time and a half after 40 hours. This is a full-time, on-site driver position with weekend options as needed and potential for additional shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license OR complete company-paid CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Cover open, vacant or unassigned routes based on business needs.
• Assist drivers with daily morning duties (sorting freight, loading trucks).
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers in a timely manner.
• Inspect vehicle for mechanical issues and report problems.
• Collect payments as needed and verify shipments.
