Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Visalia is seeking drivers with a fresh CDL-A for a western regional fleet that keeps runs short, usually 2 days or less from home.

The position offers structured pay: training at $650 per week, then $1,000 weekly guaranteed for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, and weekly gross of $1,000–$1,300 with a potential mileage bonus; drivers run dry vans across 11 western states and are home every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week.

How You Start

Pay

• $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross
• Up to 6 cents per mile extra in performance bonus
• $15 stop pay
