Before You Apply
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
- Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
- Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
