Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years old per FMCSA rules and have 1 year driving experience.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must be able to meet FMCSA medical and road-test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer safely to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA rules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to insurance, safety, and security procedures for equipment and cargo.
• Load/unload freight at local and regional stops as required.
• Obey all local, state and federal laws and drive in varied terrains and conditions.
