Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to transport and unload food and related products. You will drive tractor trailers or straight trucks across intrastate, interstate, and OTR routes, with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and customer service.

Earn an average annual pay of $91,000. Eligible for a signing bonus up to $2,500 for drivers with 6+ months experience, plus comprehensive benefits starting Day 1 and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• DOT Health Card or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Operate tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload food products on schedule and in good condition.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and legible.
• Secure loads and follow safety policies and procedures.
