Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL A drivers to haul retail freight on liftgate trailers and hand unload at Dollar General stores using rolltainers. You will perform precision maneuvers and back-handling, with a typical cadence of four loads weekly and multiple stop-offs, across a multi-state region.

You must reside within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA or Winchester, VA, and enjoy a comprehensive driver benefit package including paid orientation, time off after six months, and strong pay incentives.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for non-experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
