Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated driving professionals to haul retail freight on liftgate trailers and hand unload at Dollar General stores using rolltainers. The role requires navigating multi-state routes within DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA and WV with skilled, precise maneuvers.

You will receive mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay on duty, plus potential sign-on bonuses and annual incentives. Orientation is paid, with time off after six months and holiday pay; generous benefits and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA or Winchester, VA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for non-experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
