Job summary

Schneider National in Buffalo, NY is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated regional routes across NY and New England. You will haul retail freight on liftgate trailers, hand unload at Dollar General stores, and perform careful backing and slow-speed maneuvers.

Overview

• 4 loads per week with 3-4 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI and VT.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
