Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated Northeast-haul routes. You will haul retail goods on liftgate trailers and hand unload freight using rolltainers, with regular slow-speed maneuvers and backs.

Expect 4 loads per week with 2–4 stop-offs per load, driving within the Northeast. Regular pay includes mileage and load pay, hourly on duty, plus a first-year sign-on bonus and annual bonus opportunities.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 85 miles of Amsterdam, NY or Shrewsbury, MA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
