Job summary

Schneider National is hiring for a dedicated driving role focusing on hauling retail freight with liftgate trailers. Expect 75-mile regional coverage near Sacramento, CA, with multiple stops per load.

Pay includes mileage, load, and on-duty hourly wages. New drivers can earn a $1,000 weekly guarantee in the first 90 days and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year. Orientation is paid; time off after 6 months is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 75 miles of Sacramento, CA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul retail freight on liftgate trailers.
• Hand-unload freight using rolltainers.
• Complete 2 loads per week with multiple stop-offs.

Pay and bonus potential
