Job summary

Schneider National is seeking professional drivers for its dedicated driving account. You will haul retail goods on liftgate trailers, hand unload freight, and perform precise backings and slow-speed maneuvers across the Northeast.

Compensation features mileage and load pay, hourly on duty, weekly guarantees, and sign-on bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and generous time off. Orientation is paid and performance pay is available.

Overview

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 4 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
