Job summary

Schneider National in Thurmont, MD is seeking a CDL Class A driver to haul retail freight on liftgate trailers and unload at Dollar General stores.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for non-experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
