Qualifications

• Must possess a class A CDL with double/triple, hazmat and tank endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year experience within the last 3 years or completion of FedEx Freight Driver Development Course.
• Must have acceptable MVR per hiring standards and meet DOT regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples and straight trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and move freight using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Secure freight inside trailers and verify documentation.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate delays or problems.
