Parkway Ford, a high-volume CDJR dealership, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach consultants, manage floor coverage, negotiate deals, and work with Finance & Insurance to maximize profitability while staying compliant with manufacturer standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive sales management, CDJR experience, strong leadership, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience.
• CDJR dealership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants.
• Manage daily sales activities, floor coverage, leads, follow-up.
• Assist staff with negotiations and closing deals.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
• Review sales metrics and pursue monthly/annual goals.
• Train team on product knowledge, CRM usage, and selling skills.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to maximize profitability.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability.
