Parkway Ford is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the CDJR sales team, maximize vehicle sales and gross profit, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction while maintaining dealership standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of automotive sales leadership, strong closing skills, CRM proficiency, and a track record of coaching teams to exceed targets. This on-site role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience preferred.
• Previous CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants.
• Manage daily sales activities, including floor coverage, lead management, and customer follow-up.
• Assist sales staff with negotiations and closing deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with management on vehicle merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Ensure all sales processes comply with dealership policies, lender requirements, and manufacturer standards.
• Review sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, CRM utilization, and sales techniques.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
