Job summary

Parkway CDJR in Pampa, Texas is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our online and phone sales efforts. This hands-on leadership role will coach staff, optimize appointment setting, and improve conversion from inquiry to delivery.

You will oversee internet leads, ensure accurate pricing, manage CRM hygiene, and collaborate with marketing to optimize digital merchandising. Compensation is experience-based with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive internet sales or BDC leadership with proven results.
• Strong phone, written communication, appointment-setting, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coach staff and improve sales conversion.
• Experience using CRM reports to manage activity and performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internet leads, website inquiries, chats, and sales calls.
• Ensure prompt, personalized responses and accurate pricing/offers.
• Establish lead ownership and follow-up responsibilities across hours.
• Manage appointment setting, vehicle readiness, and handoffs to sales staff.
• Coach team on calls, emails, testing, and follow-up with measurable targets.
• Maintain CRM data quality and track response time, show rate, and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing on digital merchandising and lead quality.
• Ensure smooth customer experience from online shopping to delivery.
