Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a CDBG Technical Assistance Coordinator in Jefferson City to support the Community Solutions Division of the CDBG Program. You will coordinate training, track compliance, and provide guidance to staff and subrecipients on federal and state regulations governing the CDBG program.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, at least four years of relevant experience in economic development or related fields, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Four+ years of experience in economic development or a closely related field.
• Ability to interpret Federal and State regulations and policies.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and track training programs for staff and subrecipients to ensure HUD compliance.
• Develop program policies and provide guidance on CDBG requirements.
• Maintain cross-cutting data and files and manage document repositories.
• Provide administrative support, including communications and scheduling of trainings.
