EisnerAmper seeks a Consulting Manager – CDBG-DR for our Government Services Practice in Naples, Florida. This role requires strong knowledge of CDBG-DR programs and experience supporting compliance in complex contexts. You will oversee teams, ensure quality control of client deliverables, and engage in business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of grant management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A hybrid work model is available.

Competenze

• 5+ years of successful CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role.
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong compliance with 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 requirements.

Mansioni

• Perform supervisory responsibilities for the team, including ensuring staff meet expectations.
• Evaluate client needs and manage activities to meet engagement scope.
• Support clients in compliance with relevant HUD regulations.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Engage in business development activities.
