Job summary

Birdseye Security Solutions in the Dallas area is seeking an on-site Installations and Services Supervisor to manage CCTV installations and related services at client sites.

You will work with Installation and Project Managers to uphold company standards, coordinate trades, and deliver high-quality workmanship. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train staff. A background in CCTV/Access Control is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to train others.
• Working at Heights Certification.
• Networking and low voltage experience is an asset.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site CCTV installations and services.
• Collaborate with Installation Manager/Project Managers to uphold standards and customer satisfaction.
• Review new project proposals and develop execution plans.
• Coordinate all trades and staff.
• Provide on-site tech support and issue resolution.
• Maintain installation and service schedule and ensure high quality workmanship.
• Participate in Service On Call rotation.
