• Proven ability to analyze and manage complex projects from design to delivery.
• Experience designing or upgrading security systems (Access Control/CCTV).
• Ability to audit installations and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and improve existing processes.
• Create quotations, installation drawings and work orders.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and provide guidance when required.
• Audit installations to ensure compliance and quality.
• Negotiate scope with sub-trades and manage staff and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Resource planning and management across projects.
• Commissioning with staff, sub-contractors and clients to ensure delivered scope.
