Job summary

Birdseye Solutions Inc in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Installations and Services lead responsible for on-site management of CCTV installations and services at our Farmers Branch office. You will coordinate trades, review project proposals, develop execution plans, and ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role includes on-call rotation and close collaboration with the Installation Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean abstract.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to train others and lead on-site teams.
• Experience with CCTV/Access Control installations is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of all CCTV installations and services.
• Coordinate trades and staff to uphold standards and customer satisfaction.
• Review project proposals and develop execution plans.
• Provide tech support and on-site help when required.
• Maintain installation and service schedule.
• Communicate with customers and participate in Service On Call rotation.
