Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CCaaS GECX AI Development & Integration Engineer to build and deploy contact center AI solutions on Google Cloud's CX portfolio, focusing on Five9 and Genesys CCaaS integrations.

You will lead design and implementation of end-to-end CCaaS solutions, develop multi-agent orchestration with CX Agent Studio, Vertex AI, and DialogFlow CX, and collaborate with product teams and data scientists on scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience designing scalable CCaaS/IVA solutions with cloud AI.
• Hands-on with CCaaS platforms and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Lead contact center migration to CCaaS and define data solutions.
• Serve as Product Owner/Scrum Master during Agile ceremonies.
• 5-10+ years in contact center development or technical delivery.
• Proven hands-on deployment on Five9 and GCP platforms.
