Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support delivery of CBT-based interventions within Rogers Behavioral Health treatment programs.

You will assess behavior functions, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address maladaptive behaviors and improve patient outcomes. You will provide CBT services and training, monitor progress with outcome measures, document care plans promptly, participate in team meetings, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential required or state equivalent for Addiction Recovery programs.
• Experience with CBT and behavioral therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services, including groups, per clinical standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the Clinical leader.
• Document treatment plans, outcomes, and psychosocial data timely.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and coordinate with support staff.
• Train and support other direct care team members in CBT interventions.
