Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Behavior Specialist to support the delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within treatment programs. You will assess behavior and develop individualized plans, train patients and support persons, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress.

Responsibilities include leading CBT groups, documenting services, supervising with the Clinical leader, and ensuring timely data entry while maintaining patient safety and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential or state equivalent ( Addiction Recovery programs).
• CBT experience preferred (12 months).
• Experience in clinical care, human services, or education equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups to address patients' needs.
• Participate in supervision sessions and communicate patient progress to care plans.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed with Clinical leader.
• Document mental health services according to regulations and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely documentation of treatment plans and outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and support treatment plans.
