Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Appleton, WI is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support delivery of CBT interventions across treatment programs. You will assess behavior function, design individualized plans, train patients and support persons, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and modify plans to achieve the best outcomes.

The role involves supervising and communicating with the Clinical Leader, documenting services, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in human services, psychology, social work or related field.
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) for Addiction Recovery programs.
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups.
• Supervise patient progress and adjust care plans with clinical leader guidance.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and document outcomes in the chart.
• Train and educate patients and support persons on CBT techniques.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in meetings.
