Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Madison, WI seeks a Behavior Specialist to support CBT-based interventions within its treatment programs on a PRN basis. You will deliver cognitive behavioral therapy, conduct group sessions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating care plans, and documenting outcomes while ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential or state equivalent (for Addiction Recovery programs).
• CBT experience preferred; 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services, including groups, per clinical standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans with Clinical leader input.
• Document services and outcomes in patient records.
• Assist in multidisciplinary treatment planning and staff training.
• Ensure patient safety and adapt staffing as needed.
